SACRAMENTS: Confirmation

Our confirmation preparation program is modeled on the Guidelines for Confirmation developed by the Diocese of Madison. It is a one-year program in which doctrine, spiritual formation, works of charity, and liturgical celebrations are integrated into a comprehensive process.

Through prayers, classes, small group discussions, service projects, and working with an adult spiritual mentor we call Sponsors, young people will recognize and understand the presence of the Holy Spirit in themselves and His people and will be able to identify themselves as active members of the Christian community.

Our confirmation preparation program is open to youth - even the unbaptized or those who have not yet received their first Holy Communion.
