Youth Ministry Service Opportunities
Blessed Sacrament Parish provides many service opportunities for the youth of our parish. The following are current offerings:
Catholic Heart Workcamp Service Trip
Our Salvation Army Service Project is for teens in middle school & high school. This project is offered on most Wednesday evenings (see schedule below). We gather at Blessed Sacrament Parish Center at 6:15 PM, drive over to Salvation Army (located on East Washington), and return back to Blessed Sacrament around 8:30 PM. In order to attend on a given day, participants must sign up in advance by going to the Youth Ministry Room of the Parish Center. For more information and/or a parent permission form, click below:

Information & Registration Form for Salvation Army
Our Sunny Hill project is mainly for teens in the middle school program. This program is offered on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. Participants can gather at Blessed Sacrament at 3:15 and car-pool over, or they can arrive at Sunny Hill at 3:30PM. While at Sunny Hill, we socialize with the residence, often playing BINGO and other games, make crafts, or other social activities.

Catholic Heart Workcamp is a week-long service opportunity for youth in that are currently in grades 7-12. Our next trip location and dates: Dates and place for 2009 has yet to be determined. The estimated cost per person is $580; we hope to fund-raise a good portion of this amount.
Middle School ROCKS - This service experience is for those in grades 6-8 and will take place in the summer of 2009.
